The park features dramatic rock formations, steep forested mountainsides, and the crystal-clear waters of Loyalsock Creek. Known for challenging hiking trails, including the famous Loyalsock Trail, and stunning autumn foliage. The park's unusual name comes from the remoteness of the area when first settled. World's End offers rugged wilderness, excellent trout fishing, and some of Pennsylvania's most spectacular scenery.

Directions

World's End State Park is located in Sullivan County on PA Route 154. From the south, take US Route 220 north to Laporte, then follow PA Route 154 east for approximately 7 miles - the park is well-signed. From the east, take I-80 to Exit 232 (Lime Ridge), follow PA Route 42 north through Eagles Mere to PA Route 154 west. The drive is scenic but winding - allow extra travel time. The park is remote with limited cell service. GPS users should use: 197 Canyon Road, Forksville, PA 18616. Note: Some GPS systems may route incorrectly - follow PA Route 154 signs.
