Erie Bluffs State Park
"Girard locals and tourists appreciate the park’s proximity for outdoor recreation, picnicking, and nature exploration just minutes from their community."
Erie Bluffs State Park, established in 2004, preserves one of the last remaining stretches of undeveloped Lake Erie shoreline in Pennsylvania. The park is home to significant natural features, including 90-foot bluffs, old-growth forests, and unique plant and animal species. It offers passive recreation opportunities and is managed primarily for conservation and low-impact use.
